Navigating the Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE) Application Process

Marc Hering provides an introduction to Navigating the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug Medi-Cal Certification Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE) Application Process and the Provider Enrollment Division (PED). The training will begin with an overview of DHCS SUD Residential and Outpatient Treatment Licensing and Certification requirements and explain the steps to obtain complementary DMC Certification, necessary in order to enter into DMC-ODS contracts with the host county.

The presentation includes How to Access the PAVE Portal; establishing User Profiles and Roles; Setting Up a Business Profile; Completing and Submitting the Application; and offer explanations and descriptions of the documents required for uploading, Board Member and staff credentials, and other critical pointers to help prevent errors and delays in the review and approval of the application.
